The Jubilation Ringers make wonderful music with hand
bells. 2007 marks the 22th year I have been director. Over those years I
have been blessed to direct and be musically educated by the best people in the
world. Because of my ringer's talent and dedication, we have played some
wonderful music usually reserved only for the best professional choirs in
the country. I have been asked many times, "Isn't directing a choir made
up of so many people and a monthly ringing schedule hard to do week after
week?" I always answer with a resounding "No!" Our work is to honor our
Lord. We can never do enough or work hard enough while using our talents.
If you have not already heard, the bell choir will not be playing in 2008.
Due to changing schedules and family obligations, the choir felt it
would be best to take some time off.
We all hope this time off will be short, but we will take whatever time
is necessary so when we do resume ringing we will be better than ever.
